Wa-En Wagyu Yakiniku flagship restaurant, recommended by the Michelin Guide in both 2016 and 2017, has been serving Hong Kong for over a decade. With a focus on exquisite A4 and A5 Wagyu sourced from Miyazaki, Japan, this establishment offers the perfect cuts for yakiniku enthusiasts.
Wa-En’s interior and architectural design employ refined Japanese wood tones to create a minimalist and elegant ambiance. The dining area is thoughtfully crafted for comfort and privacy, offering booth seating and private rooms. The Yakiniku grill, imported from Japan, features a furnace structure with a net surface and downdraft exhaust system to prevent any strong cooking odors.
